→ Your logo (if applicable), preferably without a background (PNG/Transparent). I can edit your logo file to remove the background for an additional $10. Please note without this service, your logo will be placed in it's original form provided by you with whatever color background was originally saved behind it.

→ Any additional information you'd like included in your design.
→ Photo examples are appreciated but please note, I will NOT recreate another artist's designs. This service is a custom Doozie & Bloom design with all the information and design elements you'd like to be included.
