Resolved: 04/24
- 04/11: I reached out to the customer offering to resend sticker as I wasn't aware Shop collected separate reviews on my listings. Customer agreed and sticker was mailed out.
- 04/24: Customer e-mailed to confirm sticker was received. Offered to edit review, however, edit option wasn't available.
-04/28: Unarchived order & e-mailed Shop screenshots for editing option in Shop to see if customer was able to edit review. No luck after three attempts.
Updated this response as resolved. Customer was pleased with purchase & wonderful to work with as I tried to make it right. Her attempts to update her review are appreciated! :) 05/09/24 - 8:25AM EST.
